Everything's Changing!

Well, it's been over a month since I've blogged.

And, sooooooooo much has changed.

We signed the papers to our new house on May 17, and immediately came over for pizza and wine (in plastic beer mugs --- from Michell --- from Mr. Ed's).

You gotta love the awesome table! :-)

I took Friday, May 18 off work in honor of my 30th birthday on the 19th, so we moved a bunch of stuff, including the bed by ourselves. That was CRAZINESS... especially when the truck died on Pearl Road. YIKES!!!

The 18th was the first night we spent in the new house.

On the day of my 30th birthday, we made the BIG move!!!

After an exhausting day, we got together with friends and family to celebrate my BIG 3-0!

(Here I am with my brother, Stephen; sister-in-law, Sarah; and niece, Sophia!)

As if buying a house, moving into the house and turning 30 wasn't enough for me... (along with getting engaged and planning a wedding and getting married later this year)... I decided that I needed something else to throw into the mix.

I got a new job!!!

Yes, I left the Indians... after 6.5 years!

Yes, I did.

Don't ask... just accept it!

I started my new job today with Junior Achievement. (www.jacleveland.org) I'm extremely excited about the new opportunity and the new challenges it will present. I still have a commute downtown Cleveland (ugh!), but I know I'm going to love it!

And, I'll be a happier person because of it!

So, I think that's it... as far as news! There really isn't anything else left to say after all that. I will post some pictures soon of the house. We haven't really done much to it yet... we really haven't had time.

But, life is good.

Life is very good! :-)
