Amazon update

The package finally arrived yesterday in the middle of the driveway. So, there will be gifts under the tree tomorrow for my loved ones! :-)

Christmas Craziness

The Christmas shopping craze is in full swing! It took me forever to get home from work today. And, I even left at 3:30pm! Apparently everyone else had the day off!

It's 3 days before Christmas... and a HUGE portion of my Christmas presents have NOT arrived from Amazon. I placed the order on December 13 for 7 items. One of the 7 items shipped the same day by UPS and arrived the following day. The other 6 items shipped on Dec. 15 by the US Postal Service and haven't arrived. Amazon said the estimated arrival date was today. I just sent my second inquiry e-mail to Amazon. Grrrrrrrr........

Why do people wait until the last minute (myself included)??? It's like the holiday "sneaks" up on us.

Now we're off to do some final shopping. I guess we're no better than everyone else. LOL!

Annual Family Christmas Party

Meet my family!

Last weekend was the annual Christmas party on my mom's side. My entire family was there (except for my cousin Traci's husband, Mike)... my 4 cousins, and they have a total of 5 kids. Plus, my 2-month old niece, my two aunts, my brother and sister-in-law, my parents, my 92-year old grandma and my wonderful boyfriend! (I hope I remembered everyone!) So, we decided to take a photo!

Today, Bob's out shopping for my Christmas present and I'm home cleaning up. Then, it's off to lunch and then to Petsmart for Zelie's annual trip to see Santa. Yes, I'm strange... but, I've had his photo taken with Santa every year since I've had him (which is 7 years... can you believe it!??!?!), so why stop now!???!
